Full Service Design

This is our end-to-end service covering everything, from Initial Consultation through to project completion. We deliver a beautifully designed and furnished home that reflects you and is tailored to suit your lifestyle.

This includes:

Interior Design

  • Full-service new builds and renovations

  • Spatial planning, design concepts, construction documentation and 3D renders

  • Bespoke kitchen, bathroom and laundry designs

  • Custom designed cabinetry and joinery

Interior Decoration

  • Design, commission and procurement of furniture and lighting

Virtual Design Consultation

  • A two hour video working session with Stephanie, where you can ask all your burning questions and get valuable, specific and actionable advice.

  • Whether it’s colour scheme, sourcing, layout or construction, Stephanie generously shares expert tips to help you avoid potentially costly mistakes, invest wisely and experience your own a-ha moment!

  • Investment: $500 (plus GST)

Our Design Process

  • Stage 1

    INITIAL CONSULTATION

    • 2 hour working meeting with Stephanie to discuss important aspects of your project

    • We assess the space, explore your goals and priorities and discuss timeline and budget

    • We talk you through our process and then work together to create a fully defined Scope of Works

    • After the meeting we present your Design Proposal and Fee Estimate

      Investment: $500 (plus GST)

      (credited to the Design Fee if you engage our services)

  • Stage 2

    BRIEFING, CONCEPT & SCHEMATIC

    • Client Briefing session to share your functional and aesthetic requirements

    • We deliver Concept Presentation, Preliminary Schematic Plans and the Budget Forecast for all fittings, fixtures, furnishings and accessories associated with the project

  • Stage 3

    TRADE DAY

    • We organise major trades to meet onsite to discuss project concepts, costs and timeframes

    • This is imperative to discuss potential obstacles and options at the outset

    • Based on this feedback, we create the Design Program timeline

  • Stage 4

    DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

    • Revise schematic designs on your feedback

    • Finalise specification of materials, fittings, fixtures, furniture and accessories

    • Revise Budget Forecast based on selections

    • Design Development Product Presentation - we present schematic designs incorporating selections and a Materials Flatlay

    • Updated Budget Forecast with selection of all fittings, fixtures and materials

  • Stage 5

    DOCUMENTATION PACKAGE

    • Convert Schematic Documentation to Tender Documentation Package

    • Create Detail Drawings

    • Convert Product Presentation to Schedules

    • Present Tender Documentation Package

  • Stage 6

    TENDER & ESTIMATION

    • Submit Tender Documentation Package to trades

    • Review submissions: cost and timeframe

    • Obtain final quotes for all materials, fittings, fixtures, furniture and accessories

    • Present Tender Review and updated Budget Forecast

  • Stage 7

    DESIGN MANAGEMENT

    • Client and contractors sign contracts

    • Set commencement date

    • Contractors finalise Building Program outlining key dates for FF&E deliveries

    • Place orders for FF&E

    • Place orders for Furniture and Accessories

    • Fortnightly meetings on-site during construction

    • Walk through for practical completion handover with trades

  • Stage 8

    CLIENT HAND-OVER

    • Prepare handover document with product care, maintenance and warranty information

    • Furniture deliveries and installations

    • Final walk through

    • Manage defects and discrepancies

    • Styling and photography

  • Stage 9

    FOLLOW-UP

    • Follow up meetings in 1 and 6 months’ time

    • Monitor and attend to defects
